Expectations

Should I ever expect:

To be appreciated as I appreciate someone?
To be loved as I love a person?
To be honoured as I honour man?
To be cared for as I care for a lady?
To be assisted as I assist them?
To be remembered as I remember people?

Or should I never expect at all?

The absence of expectations maybe the beginning of no tears or no pain,
but remembering something:
Isn't that sound a bit too utopian then?

*weili once asked, how long will it take for a broken heart to heal,
I now ask, how long will it take for tears to just dry?

For weili's question, when someone gives you his/her heart

For Joash's question, when someone can convert your tears into tears of joy.

How long will it take for tears to just dry?

Maybe it takes forever for tears to dry... still, I can smile with tears streaming down my cheek, because there is always HOPE in my heart... HOPE in HIM.

Cheers!

"Or should I never expect at all?"
to expect or not to...

do good...
do care
do love
do strive
n surely try....

but don't expect too much as life is full of suprises....
but just: DO HOPE a little....

tears will dry as time passes by... sooner or later is the question....it depends on whether you want it to dry, because surely it will...

a broken heat will mend too, just let it....and move a long, and realisasion is extreamly vital, if you realise that you're at right, good for you,
but otherwise, face it ....let the tears pour....as it will dry once again...and then will you see the brighter end of it all....

SMILE ALWAYZ!

the tears will dry when you sit down and think about it. and then you...yourself decide to wipe them away. and actually do it.

it's brutal. it's cold. but it works.

When "You have turned my morning into dancing,
You have turned my sorrow into joy."

But I'm afraid, when this happens, that is, when God touches your heart, more tears will fall, but in happiness and gratification.

the tears will dry faster if u stand in front of a breeze i.e. natural wind or the fan. standing under the hot sun works too.

the hot sun? the natural breeze? is that supposed to be a metaphore or something symbolical, or literally?
